We're looking for our Partner Growth Advocate in North America. Your mission is to help our partners - sales consultants, sales trainers, and management consultants - to bridge the gap from theory to execution in B2B sales. Because it is our belief that technology alone is not enough. Nor is strategy, or training alone. Together, we'll elevate the sales profession!
- Build a thriving partner community to elevate the sales profession
- Execute and help improve our global partner program
- Coach our partners to make them successful
- Double our partner revenues YoY over the next 3 years
- Attract new partners and grow existing partners relationships
- Achieve a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 50, or higher

Work from your home

To get this job, and to be masterful at it, you've probably worked as a sales consultant, trainer, or management consultant. Or you have worked closely with this group of professionals in another role and deeply understand their challenges.
You'll need the following:
- Deep understanding of sales management and sales coaching
- Project management experience to manage cross-departmental initiatives
- A can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach to business challenges
- At least 3 years of B2B channel sales experience
- Great social skills and the ability to create value on many levels
- General tech-savviness and the ability to use modern software tools
